Leader Shift - Fridays, 3-4 PM, October 2 - November 20
Join us at Leader Shift hosted at the Jarrell Fire Station 1 on Fridays from 3 to 4 PM beginning October 2nd and ending November 20th. These sessions will be led by Fire Chief Ron Stewart and team!
A different way to lead, built on prioritizing people and giving first to those around you.
About this Course
Leader Shift is designed to help you become the kind of leader who builds thriving cultures. Through practical reflection and application, you’ll develop the relational habits and culture practices that foster healthy, people-centered environments—wherever you have influence.
Leader Shift: Becoming the Culture You Want to Build will help a leadership team and the whole organization establish two things:
1. Catalyze the personal transformation journey. Leaders must commit to the process of becoming these values and principles.
2. Practice and reproduce the foundational skills for establishing a thriving culture. Just like learning to ride a bike for the first time takes time and practice, so does living out a thriving culture.
Upcoming Sessions:
November 13th: Managing Money: Five Buckets for Financial Success
November 20th: Giving Words of Approval
Feel free to register below (you can put specific dates in the comments if you are not planning to attend all of the sessions) or just show up! Don't forget to invite your spouse, friends, family members, or colleagues! We look forward to seeing you there.
