Keeping Relationships Healthy - Tuesdays, 6-7 PM, September 29 - November 17
Join us at Keeping Relationships Healthy hosted at the Jarrell Fire Station 1 on Tuesdays from 6 to 7 PM beginning September 29th and ending November 17th. These sessions will be led by Dr. Andy Edson (DMIN, MA, LMFT, CSAT) and Lisa Edson!
Practical tools for marriages, families, friendships, and any relationship you want to not only withstand the ups and downs of life, but actually T.H.R.I.V.E. in them.
What Is This Course About?
Strong, healthy relationships don’t happen by accident—they are built on daily habits. Whether you want to deepen your connection with a spouse, family member, friend, or coworker, this course gives you the practical tools to make your relationships thrive. By focusing on your own personal growth and practicing foundational relational skills, you will learn how to foster genuine, life-giving connections right where you are.
This course will help you and those you relate with establish two things:
- Catalyze your personal transformation. We have to commit to the process of becoming a relationally healthy person before anything changes. You can only change you.
- Practice and reproduce the foundational skills for a healthy marriage, family, or friendship. Just like learning to ride a bike for the first time takes time and practice, so does having healthy relationships.
Upcoming Sessions:
November 3rd: Sharing Celebrations and Concerns: Key to Emotionally Connecting With Others
November 10th: You as a Giving First Person
November 17th: Giving Words of Approval
Feel free to register below (you can put specific dates in the comments if you are not planning to attend all of the sessions) or just show up! Don't forget to invite your spouse, friends, family members, or colleagues! We look forward to seeing you there.
