Leader Shift Luncheon - November 5th
Join us at Leader Shift hosted at:
2511 South Lakeline Boulevard, Cedar Park, TX 78613 on November 5th at 12:00 PM.
A different way to lead, built on prioritizing people and giving first to those around you.
About this Course
Leader Shift is designed to help you become the kind of leader who builds thriving cultures. Through practical reflection and application, you’ll develop the relational habits and culture practices that foster healthy, people-centered environments—wherever you have influence.
Leader Shift: Becoming the Culture You Want to Build will help a leadership team and the whole organization establish two things:
1. Catalyze the personal transformation journey. Leaders must commit to the process of becoming these values and principles.
2. Practice and reproduce the foundational skills for establishing a thriving culture. Just like learning to ride a bike for the first time takes time and practice, so does living out a thriving culture.
This Session:
We all are motivated differently! No employee has the exact same drivers and motivators for high performance. While there are many great things that motivate people (money, promotions, belonging, identity, or praise), one reason that might surprise you is how relationships motivate our performance.
At Leader Shift, we will explore various relational engagements techniques that motivate your employees to be more present, engaged, and excited about their work.
Join us to learn more about those motivators for yourself and those you lead.
NOTE: If you would like to receive the provided lunch, please register below! If not, feel free to show up, and don't forget to invite your friends, family members, and colleagues! Make sure they register too if they would like lunch.
Supported by THRIVEATX and RCC.
